Good food as good as it gets

We are now calling our deli department Kitchen Central to better represent the collection of freshly prepared meals and diverse foods we are now able to offer you. As you'll read below, this is no ordinary deli.

Meat & Cheese Kiosk
The heart of the Central Market Deli, our open-space kiosk includes more than 70 sandwich meats and cheeses we'll slice to order, gourmet deli meats, and hundreds of specialty cheeses. We also have an expanded selection of panini sandwiches here at the Kiosk.

Self-Serve Bars
Our self-serve bars include a salad bar with dozens of fresh-food choices and prepared salads, nine delicious soups, vegetarian entrees ready for reheating and a premium-quality antipasto bar.

"Heat & Eat" Entrees and Sides
Choose from many entrees including Eggplant Parmesan, Ginger Beef, Kung Pao Chicken, Dungeness Crab Cakes and Meat Loaf. Complete a meal with a variety of side dishes, such as Grilled Vegetables, Mashed Potatoes and Fried Rice. Choose any entree and add two sides for just $3 more.

Hot Meals to Go
Hot and ready to eat, we're still roasting our popular baked chicken, available whole or as parts. Sides include Mac & Cheese, Scalloped Potatoes, JoJos and Seasonal Vegetables. Come get a corn dog if your kids need a snack!

Central Pizza & Hot Dog
Our popular hot dogs and handmade pizzas are still here in our remodeled shop. Order whole pizzas or come by for a slice or two, or grab a Take & Bake for your own oven.

We offer 18-inch pizzas:
Pepperoni Cheese Hawaiian Meat Lover's (pepperoni, ham, bacon and sausage)	Garlic Chicken Ranch Veggie (onion, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers and tomatoes) Combination (pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and black olives).

Asian Noodle Bar
This is another all-new feature! We'll serve you a noodle bowl with fresh vegetable garnish and your choice of chicken or vegetable stock and shrimp, chicken or tofu.
